Meet Dr. Chandra Kelley
Dr. Chandra Kelley has spent more than five decades teaching, preaching, mentoring and serving in ministry. Her passion is building people and advancing the Kingdom of God through Scripture-saturated training and Spirit-led leadership.
She currently serves as Dean of Education at The Transformation Place Worship Center in San Antonio, Texas, where she oversees the educational vision that equips believers for Kingdom ministry.
Dr. Chandra credits her foundation to the faithful women who shaped her — her mom, grandma and spiritual mother — whose prayers and example continue to inform her ministry today.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God — the final authority for faith, doctrine and practice.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal in power, nature and glory.

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, present advocacy for believers and His promised return.

We believe salvation is the gift of God received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. Every believer must be born again by the Spirit of God.

We believe in the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the baptism with the Holy Spirit, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
