About Apostle Kelley

  • With over three decades of dedicated service, Dr. Chandra W. Kelley is a respected apostolic leader, educator, author, and mentor. She has played a crucial role in developing leaders and advancing the Kingdom of God.

  • Dr. Kelley holds a Doctorate of Arts in Divinity, a Master of Arts in Ministry, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, and a certification in Christian Counseling. Drawing from her extensive theology, ministry, and leadership background, she has made significant contributions to establishing churches, training ministers, and empowering believers in the United States and South Africa. Her mission is to equip individuals and ministries with the wisdom, integrity, and spiritual authority to fulfill their divinely ordained purpose.

  • Dr. Kelley remains actively engaged in teaching, equipping, and mentoring, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to fostering healing, providing direction, and facilitating transformation in lives and ministries.
